However, if you find that any issue arises with your paddle due to manufacturer defects, PEP paddles are backed by a limited lifetime performance guarantee for up to one year. To activate your warranty, you must register your paddle within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase at peppickleball.com. The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner.

PEP’s advantage guarantee protects against workmanship and manufacturer defects for up to one year after purchase and registration. That means if the face of the paddle peels or the handle breaks, simply give us a shout and we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

PEP’s advantage guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by modification, abuse, or negligence, damage to the core from striking any object other than a pickleball, or natural breakdown or fading of graphics over extended use.

Two things affect the durability of a paddle: how often you play and how well you care for your paddle. A composite paddle should last about a year if you play daily. If you play a few times a week, then you can expect two years of peak performance from your paddle.
