Pickleball is a paddle sport where players volley a perforated plastic ball (think wiffle ball). It can be played indoors or outdoors on a hard-surface court. It can be described as a unique combination of tennis, badminton, and ping pong.
I think my grandparents might play. You are suggesting Pickleball is for me?
You heard right! While pickleball can be a lifetime sport enjoyed by a variety of age groups, the pace and level of play can vary widely. This creates a flexible game that can be enjoyed at a slower more social speed or a competitive heart-pumping pace!
