Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Standard: This is a ground shipping option and typically arrives between 5-12 days depending on the ship-to address. All packages are shipped from Grapevine, Texas.
Expedited: Our expedited service is our fastest option and the packages on average arrive between 3-5 business days. Currently, expedited shipping is NOT available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes. For these instance, please select STANDARD.
Guaranteed Delivery: No carriers guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments. During the Covid pandemic, most expedited deliveries are also no longer guaranteed by carriers. Delivery dates are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. If you wish to ship to a P.O. box, you must select the Standard Rate option at checkout.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
International shipping is not currently on offer on the check-out. If you wish to inquire, please email hello@peppickleball.com
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
